General Rules for Bet Royal Online Sportsbook and Casino.

Placing wagers by anyone under the age of 18 years is prohibited. The right to void any transactions with minors is retained. This is in accordance with the laws of the Central Government of Costa Rica.
2.5 Wagers recorded
In the interests of customers and BetRoyal.com, all telephone calls and Internet wagers are recorded. All transactions are recorded using United States Eastern Time (ET).
2.6 Jurisdictional legality

2.7 One Account per customer
Customers may open only one account. Should we identify any customer with more than one account we reserve the right to treat any such accounts as one joint account.
2.8 Misrepresentation by a customer
BetRoyal.com relies entirely upon the information provided by the customer in the application in order to establish a wagering account. BetRoyal.com is not responsible for any form of misrepresentation by the customer.
2.9 No liability for loss or damage
BetRoyal.com and its subsidiaries, employees and agents accept no responsibility or liability for any damage or loss that may result from, or be alleged to have resulted from this web site, or its content, including delays or interruptions in operation or transmission, loss or corruption of data, communication or lines failure, any person's misuse of the site or its content or any error or omissions in content.
2.10 Account confidentiality
After opening your account your PIN number and password must remain secret. All transactions where your PIN number and password have been entered correctly will be regarded as valid, subject to there being sufficient funds in the account. If at any time you feel a third party is aware of your password you should change it immediately via the website. Should you forget part or all of your combination, please email our Customer Services Department who will verify your identity and issue a new combination.

2.11 No credit
Customers may only wager with the amount of cleared funds held in their account. BetRoyal.com does not offer credit.
2.12 Hacking attempts

2.16 Disputes and claims
All claims must be made within 7 days from the date of the event by emailing or telephoning BetRoyal.com. No claims will be accepted after this time period.
2.17 Business interruption
2.17.1 BetRoyal.com will not be liable in the event of: force majeure, central computer system delay, loss, error, or omissions resulting from failure of any telecommunications or any other data transmission system, any loss as a result of any act of God, outbreak of hostilities, riot, civil disturbance, acts of terrorism; acts of Government or authority, fire, explosion, flood, theft, malicious damage, strike, lockout, or industrial action of any kind.
2.17.2 BetRoyal.com shall not be liable for any damage or losses that may have resulted from or been caused by this website or its contents including delays or interruptions in operations or transmission, communication lines failure, any person’s use or misuse of the site and its contents, or any errors or omissions in the content.
2.18 Rules take precedence
BetRoyal.com does not guarantee the accuracy of information given verbally, by email or in live chats. The General Rules & Policies have precedence over any verbal or written communications.
